1 - How to insert a new article to your personal catalogue?
In the Management menu (left side), click on [+A] Register Article, select the category where the new article will be located, fill the form blanks and finish the procedure clicking the bottom <Register Article>;

2 - How to insert several new articles in your personal catalogue at the same time?
A - (Using Bibtex, Medline or WebOfScience files):
In the Management menu (left side), click on [+I] Import from file, select the file containing the article batch which will be imported, choose the category where the articles will be located, indicate the origin of the file (Bibtex or WebOfScience), then click the <Import> bottom;
B - (Using the items of your Folder (temp)):
Click on the link Folder (temp) (left side), then wait till the folder items appear. Select them to be added to your personal catalogue, clicking on the button <Import item(s) to your Personal Catalogue>; more information about Folder (temp) at question number 5;

3 - What is the Management of the Users used for?
If you are interested in users to access your personal catalogue, create an account to them clicking on [+U] Create Sub-user in the Management menu (left side), allowing them to read or read/write your personal catalogue. An easy and smart way of sharing your bibliographies with your collaborators;

4 - How to insert an article from public catalogue to your personal catalogue?
Once you have chosen the article (checking the respective box), click on the button <Add marked items to Folder>. There follows the description in question 2B.

5 - What is the Folder(temp) and when is it used?
Folder (temp) is used to accumulate articles temporarily according to your instant interests (collecting articles from the public and/or from the personal catalogue. The articles can be processed:
- A - adding them to your personal catalogue in a particular category (see question 2B);
- B - printing them as a formatted bibliography or exporting them as a Bibtex file with the all the articles from the folder;

6 - How to change an article from one category to another?
Click on the article link from your Personal Catalogue, getting the article record. Click Edit, so you can change the article category, setting who is the parent of the article in the box on left side. Finally, click on the button <Save Changes>;

7 - Can every record be changed?
Yes, since this article is in your Personal Catalogue, you can modify it. In virtue of that user freedom, it's strongly recommended to keep a copy of your bibliography in your hard disk using the link Backup;

8 - Is there a method to backup all the articles in my personal catalogue to my hard disk? How?
Yes. To do so, click at Backup below the catalogues and save all your personal catalogue content in a ZIP file. Important: You may decide to keep backups using bibtex files but bibtex files do not preserve neither the information about uploaded files nor the categories to which each article belongs to.

9- Is there a method to backup my postscripts and pdfs to my hard disk? How?
Yes. Click at Backup and you can save all your files in your HD. You can also click on My files and save only some of them.
